Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be rescheduled once. Refunds within this window are issued at the coach's discretion.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled at the coach's discretion.

Refunds for online courses are governed by the specific course's stated policy at the time of purchase.

This policy is editable through the admin dashboard. Specific times, percentages and exceptions can be adjusted by the coach.
