Career & Growth
Career and Personal-Growth Coaching
This is coaching for people at a career or life crossroads — choosing a direction, handling family expectations about it, and growing without burning out. It combines practical decision-making with the personal work that usually sits underneath a career question.
Online sessions across Punjab and India · Available in English, Punjabi, Hindi
Career questions are rarely only about careers. Underneath 'should I take this job' is usually a question about approval, security, or permission to want something different from what was planned for you.
That is especially true for young adults in Punjab, where a career decision is frequently a family decision, and studying abroad, farming, business and government service all carry meanings beyond the work itself.
Who this is for
- Students choosing a stream, a course or a country
- Young adults negotiating family expectations about their career
- Professionals considering a change but not sure it is the job that is wrong
- Anyone who has returned to Punjab after time abroad and is re-planning
- People who have achieved the goal and felt nothing
What we work on
Choosing a direction
Separating what genuinely interests you from what is respectable, safe or expected.
Family negotiation
How to raise a different plan with parents in a way that can actually be heard.
Growth without burnout
Ambition that is sustainable rather than punishing.
Purpose after achievement
What to do when the milestone arrives and the feeling does not.
How the coaching runs
1. Define the real question
Often the question you arrive with is not the one that matters.
2. Examine the options
Real trade-offs, real costs, including the cost of staying put.
3. Plan the conversation
Where family is involved, we prepare the actual conversation you have been avoiding.
4. Move and review
A committed next step, reviewed at the following session.
What you can realistically expect
No coach can promise a job, an admission or a visa outcome. What coaching offers is a decision you understand and can defend, and the steadiness to follow it through.
- A decision you can explain in one clear sentence
- A prepared approach to the family conversation
- Ambition that does not cost your health
- Regular accountability while you execute
Frequently asked questions
- Is this career counselling or aptitude testing?
- Neither. This is coaching. I do not administer aptitude tests or place candidates — the work is on the decision and what surrounds it.
- I want to study abroad but my family disagrees. Can you help?
- Yes. That specific conflict comes up constantly. We work both on whether the plan is genuinely right for you and on how to have the conversation at home.
- Do you help with job applications?
- Not directly. Coaching sits earlier in the process — deciding what to pursue and building the follow-through to pursue it.
- Is this suitable for students?
- Yes. Students and young adults make up a large share of the clients I work with.
